Abbcom began life in the minds of award-winning comedians Simon Gunnelland Gareth Urwin, as a showcase for new acts and new material. Taking place on the last Thursday of every month the evening has a cult following among audience and acts.

They are now working to take Abbcom to higher heights, and bigger audiences, at the Abbeydale Picturehouse , resident at several University of Sheffield halls of residence and beyond. 

These are exciting times for Abbcom - times that we hope you will share with us in the name of little more than a good time in what are hard times.
